Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-constructed steel building in Manhattan, Montana, in late April of 2017.
Rugged, low maintenance and energy efficient, the structure now functions as a shop. It is comprised of top-quality steel materials, and it stands 40’x60’x16’ in size. Overhead, a hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 roof pitch protects its interior against the elements, and (9) framed openings varying in terms of size and purpose serve as additional features. Included are (1) 12’x14’ opening, (2) 3070 openings and (6) 16’x32’ openings.
To keep building users comfortable throughout the year and energy bills associated with the building manageable, the structure also boasts an insulation package. R-19 insulation sits within its roof and walls, while a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional building characteristics.
A small town set within southern Montana’s Gallatin County, Manhattan is a part of the Bozeman Micropolitan Statistical Area. The town sits about 20 miles outside Bozeman and about 99 miles from West Yellowstone.
