Metal Building Outlet delivered this pre-engineered metal building in Maquoketa, Iowa, in July of 2022.

Featuring an attractive Black and White exterior and a highly customized interior, the metal building functions as a shop and stands 80’x120’x20’ when raised. High ceilings and a wide clear span maximize interior space, and a hardy White roof with gutters and downspouts and a slight 2:12 pitch sits overhead.

The metal shop building has 2’ Black overhangs and 4’ of Black wainscoting with transition trim surrounding the exterior, boosting curb appeal. It also has partition walls inside comprised of Polar White paneling and (9) framed door openings offering access inside. The shop has (3) 3070 walk door openings housing (3) 3070 insulated walk doors with lever locks, (2) of which have half-glass windows. It also has (3) 24’x16’ openings that let large vehicles or machinery in and out.

Additional upgrades include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 21-PSF roof snow load, which keep the steel shop compliant with local building codes.
