Metal Building Outlet secured this preconstructed metal workshop for a client in McCall, Idaho, in late April of 2018.
Attractive, functional and engineered to last the long haul, the building features premium-quality steel construction, delivering unmatched strength and durability. Chocolate Brown in color with a nicely complementing Evergreen roof with a 4:12 pitch overhead, the building stands 40’x60’x18’ in size and now operates as a shop for its owner.
Designed to withstand heavy snowfall, cold temperatures, pests and other potential building hazards, the metal workshop provides a secure, reliable place to perform year-round work. Additionally, (3) framed openings make for easy accessibility, among them (1) 12’x14 opening and (2) 3070 walk door openings.
In consideration of McCall’s abundant seasonal snowfall, which averages 132 inches a year, the building features an extremely high, 200-pound snow load. It also features a wind speed rating of 115 mph.
A popular resort community situated within Idaho’s Valley County, McCall sits along the southern shore of Payette Lake. The area lies about 30 miles north of Cascade and about 11 miles southeast of New Meadows.
