Metal Building in Medley, Florida

Metal Building Outlet was the proud provider of this prefabricated metal building in Medley, Florida in mid-November of 2020.

Energy efficient and built to last, the insulated steel building now functions as a shop and features top-quality construction. Overhead it has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof. The steel shop has (3) framed door openings serving as entry points, a  high wind-rated coil door and (2) wind-rated heavy walk doors were included. Insulation was installed in the metal workshop’s roof and walls to make it comfortable year-round while keeping energy expenses low, and a high wind speed rating serves as another key feature, enhancing durability while adhering to local building codes in place in Miami-Dade County.

Located in southern Florida’s Miami-Dade County, the town of Medley sits adjacent to Miami Springs and just across the Miami River from Hialeah.
