Steel Building in Merlin, Oregon

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building for a customer in Merlin, Oregon, in late September of 2019.

In use as a shop, the building is comprised of long-lasting, premium-quality steel parts, resulting in unmatched durability. Standing 40’x75’x14’ in size, the shop features a wide, space-maximizing clear span, and it also boasts an attractive, Light Stone-colored exterior with a complementing Polar White roof with a slight 2:12 pitch.

The building offers easy accessibility thanks to (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings, (1) 6’4”x7’2” door opening and (1) 10’x10’ overhead door opening, and (4) 4’x3’ windows allow natural sunlight to stream inside the space. Additional customizations that make the metal shop especially well-suited for life in Oregon include a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 40-pound snow load.

Situated along southwestern Oregon’s Rogue River, Merlin is a part of Josephine County. It sits about 9 miles northwest of Grants Pass and about 36 miles outside Medford.
