When erect, the metal building is 30’x50’x16’ in size, featuring high ceilings that make it well-suited for any number of different uses and an open, clear span design that maximizes available floor space.

Providing reliable protection from above is a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel gable roof. The steel shop kit also features a 115-mph wind speed rating in compliance with local building and engineering codes. The building also boasts several upgrades, including base trim, base and eave closures and, long-life fasteners with washers along the roof and color-coded wall screws.

Located primarily in Dallas County, a small section of the city of Mesquite extends into Kaufman County. Neighboring communities include Dallas, Garland, Sunnyvale, Seagoville and Balch Springs.
