The steel building features numerous upgrades and customizations, among them (16) door and window openings. Distributed throughout the metal building are (4) 4030 window openings, (8) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (8) 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks, and (4) 12’x14’ overhead door openings.
Other notable upgrades include a 2’ overhand along the metal building’s front sidewall, 4’ of wainscoting surrounding the building, and gutters and downspouts that help prevent condensation and water damage.
