Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered multipurpose metal building in Caldwell, Idaho in mid-January of 2020.

Now used for miscellaneous purposes, the building features top-quality steel construction, resulting in optimal strength and durability. When raised, the metal building is an expansive 50’x200’x16’ in size, featuring an open clear span and a hardwearing single-slope steel roof with a 2:12 pitch that offers reliable protection from the elements.

The steel building features numerous upgrades and customizations, among them (16) door and window openings. Distributed throughout the metal building are (4) 4030 window openings, (8) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (8) 3070 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks, and (4) 12’x14’ overhead door openings.

Other notable upgrades include a 2’ overhand along the metal building’s front sidewall, 4’ of wainscoting surrounding the building, and gutters and downspouts that help prevent condensation and water damage. A 110-mph wind load and a 25-psf snow load are additional features added in adherence to local building code requirements.

Located in southwestern Idaho, the city of Caldwell is part of Canyon County and the Boise metro area. It lies about 27 miles from Boise and about 10 miles northwest of Nampa.
