Boasting light stone-colored paint and a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch overhead, the large steel building stands 60’x100’x16’. It is crafted from premium components provided by Garco Building Systems, and is now used as a shop by the owner.
Key features of the durable, low-maintenance metal building include (2) framed openings, both of which house 12’x14’ roll-coil garage doors. Additional building features include a wind speed of 90 mph and a ground snow load of 10 lbs., which were included during construction in consideration of the variable climate and weather patterns of the Charlotte area.
