Metal Building in Gilbert, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel building in Gilbert, Arizona in December, 2013.  The Maricopa County building is used for a woodshop and mechanic shop.  The remainder is used for personal RV storage.

The building is 40’x60’x14’. Because the climate of Phoenix suburbs, such as Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert is not one that encounters snow, the building does not have a snow load rating.  However, the wind load for this building is 90 MPH. It has three doors – two 12’x12’ and one 3’x7’ walk door.
