Engineered for use as a workshop, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in unsurpassed strength and durability. Desert Sand in color, the steel shop offers notable curb appeal, and when erect, it stands 50’x96’x16’ in size. The shop has a clear-span design that eliminates interior columns, freeing up more usable space, and it also has high overhead clearance enhancing versatility even further.

The roof of the metal workshop has a slight 2:12 pitch and is comprised of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume paneling, and (5) framed openings enhance the shop’s accessibility. Found throughout are (3) 12’x14’ overhead door openings and (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings.

The metal shop also features several climate-related customizations that allow it to maintain compliance with building codes in place across Hesperia. Such accommodations include a 30-pound snow load and a 95-mph wind speed rating.
