Multi-Use Metal Building in Girdwood, Alaska
Metal Building Outlet sent this steel building to the resort town of Girdwood, Alaska, in June of 2023.
The buyer needed a metal building that would hold up against Alaska’s long winters and cold temperatures and chose rugged 26-gauge steel for the roof and wall panels. Antique Bronze exterior paint and complementing Mocha Tan trim give the steel building great curb appeal, and several windows allow natural sunlight inside.
The building has an open floorplan with 2,080 square feet of interior space and large overhead doors, making it well-suited for housing cars, trucks, plows or snowmobiles. It also features a high snow load in line with local building code requirements.
