Steel Building in Mesa, Arizona
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Mesa, Arizona, in April of 2017.
Aesthetically appealing, highly functional and built to last, the building boasts light stone-colored paint, and it stands 30’x50’x12’ in size. Crafted from top-of-the-line steel materials, the structure now serves as a shop, and a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects it from overhead.
Additional building features include (4) framed openings varying by size and purpose, among them (2) 3070 openings, (1) 9’x9’ opening enclosing (1) 9’x9’ roll-coil door and (1) 18’x18’ opening enclosing (1) 18’x18’ roll-coil door. A wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional project attribute and is included with respect for the climate patterns common throughout Mesa and the greater Phoenix area.
A part of Maricopa County in central Arizona, Mesa is Arizona’s third-largest city. Nearby cities and towns include Phoenix, Gilbert and Scottsdale.
