Durable and low maintenance, the structure is built to last, and it stands 40’x80’x14’ in size. Now used as a shop, the building is crafted from top-of-the-line steel components and is covered overhead by a corrosion-resistant, heavy-duty Galvalume metal roof with a 3:12 pitch.

Distributed throughout the metal shop building are (7) framed openings, among them (3) 3070 openings, (3) 12’x12’ openings and (1) 12’x14’ opening. To enhance overall durability given the variable climate of the Mullen area and the seasonal snowfall that often falls in the region, a snow load of 30 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph are included as additional project features.
