Metal Building in Rawlins, Wyoming
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building in Rawlins, Wyoming, in May of 2022.
Fabricated with Wyoming’s variable climate in mind, the metal building, which is now in use as a shop, is comprised of ultra-durable steel parts, resulting in superior durability. When constructed, the metal shop is 60’x80’x17’ and has high ceilings and an open, column-free interior that make the most of available space.
Overhead, a corrosion-resistant steel gable roof provides protection from the Wyoming elements, and (8) door and window openings are additional shop customizations. Located throughout the metal building are (2) 3070 openings housing 20-gauge insulated commercial walk doors with lever locks, (2) 304o openings for windows, and (4) 12’x14’ overhead door openings.
A 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional customizations made in adherence to the building codes currently in place in Rawlins.
