Slate Gray in color, the metal shop has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Rustic Red single-slope roof with a 1:12 pitch offering protection from above. Within that roof is a Polar White interior liner panel, which acts as a protective cover while enhancing the building’s interior appearance.
The metal shop also has (12) framed door and window openings throughout. Found throughout the shop are (6) 4’x4′ window openings, (3) 14’x14′ overhead door openings with Rustic Red trim, (1) 10’x12′ opening with Rustic Red trim and (2) 3070 walk door openings with Slate Gray trim enclosing (2) 3070 white steel walk doors with lever locks.
Other steel shop customizations include gutters and downspouts, which help prevent condensation, mold and moisture-related damage, and connection plates for an insulation system. The shop also has several accommodations that comply with local building and engineering codes, including a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load.
