It has high overhead clearance and a broad clear span that enhance versatility, and overhead, the metal shop features a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a slight 2:12 pitch.
There are (3) framed door openings offering access inside the shop, which include (2) 12’x14’ overhead door openings enclosing (2) 12’x14’ roll-up doors with manual chain hoists and (1) 3070 walk door framed opening. The metal shop also features a high-performance insulation package that makes it highly energy-efficient, with 4” of R-13 WMP-VRR-faced insulation installed within its roof and walls.
A 115-mph wind speed rating is an additional customization made with respect for the building codes and climate characteristics of the San Tan Valley area.
