Metal Buildings in Miami, Florida
Metal Building Outlet sourced this pair of pre-engineered metal buildings in Miami, Florida, in March of 2021.
The first and larger of the metal buildings is 60’x140’x20’, featuring an open, clear span and high ceilings, while the second multiuse steel building, an attached lean-to, is 20’x140’x12’x10’4”. Overhead, both steel buildings have durable, corrosion-resistant painted metal roofs, although the larger building’s roof has a gable design and a 6:12 roof pitch and the smaller building’s roof, a single-slope design and a 1:12 pitch.
Distributed between the (2) multiuse metal buildings are (17) framed openings in a variety of sizes. Included are (5) 10’x8’ openings, (3) 3080 openings and (1) 10’x6’ framed opening. Also included are (6) 10’x4’ openings and (4) 4’x10’ framed openings. A custom, 16’x6’x20’ alcove is another key feature. The (2) steel buildings also feature upgraded wind speed and roof snow loads in consideration of the strong storm and occasional hurricane activity that comes through south Florida, offering 30-psf roof snow loads and high, 180-mph wind speed ratings.
