Custom Metal Multiuse Building in Palestine, Texas

Metal Building Outlet worked closely with a client in Palestine, Texas, to design and supply this pre-engineered metal multiuse building kit, sending it to the client’s jobsite for erection in mid-September 2023.

The client needed a building that merged durability, flexibility and easy accessibility, and this multiuse metal building checks all of these boxes, offering a flexible 2,400 square feet of unobstructed interior space. Comprised of rugged, 26-gauge steel parts, the building is stronger and longer-lasting than alternative building types, giving the owner a stable, reliable structure he can use for a wide variety of purposes.

Ideal for storage, work, industrial use and more, the building has great curb appeal thanks to an eye-catching painted exterior. It has three roll-up doors large enough to easily accommodate vehicles, equipment or machinery, and its roof has a modest pitch that prevents rain from collecting on top and compromising the structure’s integrity.

Metal Building Outlet also sent a Texas engineer-stamped foundation plan to the jobsite along with the building kit, streamlining the process of pouring the foundation while giving the building a strong, stable base.
