Prefabricated Metal Shop & 2 Lean-Tos in Georgetown, Idaho
Metal Building Outlet sent the building kits for this metal shop building and two attached lean-tos to Georgetown, Idaho, in March 2024.
Custom-designed for Idaho’s variable temperatures and ample winter snowfall, the buildings feature heavy wind and snow loads and include a combination of indoor and covered open-air space the owner can use as work areas or for storage. The main building and one of its lean-tos are partially enclosed, allowing for optimal ventilation, and 2’ overhangs on all four sides of the main shop and three sides of each lean-to create additional outdoor storage space while protecting the buildings’ outside walls from the elements.
Designed for use during all four seasons, the metal shop and attached lean-tos offer a combined 4,320 square feet of covered, column-free interior space, making them ideal for agricultural, manufacturing, industrial, recreational or similar use. All three structures feature rugged, reliable steel construction that won’t warp or crack due to extreme temperatures or inclement weather.
