Metal Building Outlet sent the building kits for this pre-engineered steel shop building and two metal lean-tos to Pueblo, Colorado, in August 2023.
Together, the main shop building and lean-tos flanking either side create a versatile, spacious shop area with more than 2,300 square feet of usable floorspace inside. Engineered for Pueblo’s precise climate characteristics, the buildings boast wind and snow loads that comply with local building code requirements. They also feature insulated walls, with R-19 fiberglass blankets with VRR+ facing helping regulate interior temperatures, muffle outside noise and help prevent condensation.
Key customizations include 14 windows in the following sizes:

The windows create a bright, welcoming interior, and they also improve aesthetics, flooding the inside with natural light while reducing the owner’s need for artificial heat during colder months.
