Metal Building Outlet sent this pre-engineered metal shop building to a client in Blackfoot, Idaho, in December 2022.
Highly customized and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building features a 3’ overhang along its front side wall and a roof and wall insulation package. In the roof is a 6” layer of R-19 insulation, while the walls contain 4” of R-13 insulation with WMP-VRR facing and taped tabs.
The insulation keeps interior temperatures consistent despite Idaho’s variable temperatures, and insulated walk doors further enhance the building’s overall thermal performance.
