It has a clear span design that doesn’t require interior columns or supports, creating additional usable floor space, and overhead, it boasts a rugged, corrosion-resistant Burnished Slate-colored steel roof with a modest 3:12 pitch.

The metal shop has (4) framed door openings that offer access inside, among them (3) 9’x10’ door openings and (1) 3068 framed door opening housing (1) ADA-compliant 3068 Pro Style Telstar door with an invisible deadbolt and a Grade 2 entry lock. Engineered for Conifer’s climate, which sees considerable seasonal snowfall, the steel shop also features a 130-mph wind speed rating and a high, 65-psf roof snow load.
