In October 2023, Metal Building Outlet delivered this custom prefabricated metal shop building to Bismarck, North Dakota.

The shop features durable steel construction and an all-black exterior, including the walls, roof and trim, that give it a bold, modern look. It also has black gutters and downspouts, which encourage effective drainage in the region prone to variable weather patterns and heavy seasonal snowfall.

Notable features include six windows that let in plenty of national light, creating a more comfortable, inviting space to work or play. The steel shop also has Black liner panels along the walls and ceiling that help protect these areas against wear and tear while complementing the building’s exterior finish.
