Insulated Metal Shop Building in Mesa, Arizona
Sent by Metal Building Outlet to Mesa, Arizona, in August 2023, this metal shop building merges innovation, efficiency and versatility.
Boasting a clear-span design and a classic gable Galvalume Plus roof, the shop has an open, flexible interior floorplan that makes it well-suited for a wide variety of uses. An insulation package keeps the interior comfortable despite Arizona’s year-round heat, with 6” of VRR+-backed fiberglass insulation in the roof and 4” of VRR+-backed insulation in the walls leading to improved thermal efficiency and reduced heating and cooling costs.
In addition to the steel building kit, itself, Metal Building Outlet supplied an engineered foundation plan for this project to maximize stability and structural integrity. The metal shop building also meets local building code requirements, which the buyer verified with the local building department before fabrication began on the building components.
