Now used as a commercial shop, the metal building features a second-floor mezzanine that adds more usable space and features top-of-the-line steel construction, resulting in superior strength and durability. Once erect, the metal shop stands 30’x56’x14’, while the mezzanine is 30’x18’8”.
The shop’s rugged, corrosion-resistant roof has a gable design and a 5:12 pitch, and inside the steel building are (7) framed door and window openings.
Engineered to comply with all building and engineering codes in place at the build site, the steel shop also features a 21-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
