Metal Shop Building in Hurricane, Utah
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal shop building in Hurricane, Utah, in mid-December of 2021.
Insulated, ultra-durable and highly customized in line with the buyer’s needs, the metal building now undergoes use as a shop and is 60’x60’x18’ in size. High ceilings and a wide clear span enhance versatility, and a heavy-duty Galvalume Plus gable roof provides steadfast protection from the Utah elements.
The steel shop building has (4) framed openings allowing access inside. An insulation package was also included to be nstalled in the roof and walls of the metal shop. The insulation system is comprised of R-19 fiberglass insulation with hardwearing WMP-VRR Plus facing adhered to one side. The insulation package lowers the shop’s energy bills and helps protect against corrosion and water damage.
Additional building customizations include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf roof snow load; inclusions made with respect for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in Hurricane.
