Pre-Engineered Metal Shop in Moses Lake, Washington
A Metal Building Outlet client in Moses Lake, Washington, needed a durable, reliable building that would hold its own against moisture, pests and varying temperatures and ordered this custom steel commercial building for delivery in January 2024.
Comprised of rugged, reliable steel parts, the building functions as a shop and features 7,500 square feet of open floorspace usable for storage, manufacturing, repair efforts and other purposes. Resistant to rust, rot, fire and insect-related damage, steel construction is a smart choice for the wet climate of the Pacific Northwest and needs little more than a quick power-wash here and there to maintain its aesthetic appeal.
The steel shop building has multiple points of entry, making it easy to access or move items in and out when needed, and some of the doors are also insulated, helping prevent heated or cooled air from escaping through them. While Metal Building Outlet supplied all of the building components needed for this project, the company also delivered engineer-stamped foundation plans to simplify the process of pouring the foundation and ensure a stable, sturdy base for the building.
