Metal Building Outlet provided this pre-engineered metal shop building in Spring, Texas, in December of 2016.

Ash gray in color, the highly durable and easy to maintain metal building now serves as a shop. Crafted from premium-grade steel materials, it boasts a finished size of 40’x150’x17’, and its roof overhead has a 1:12 pitch and is made of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal. Inside the prefabricated shop are (2) framed openings, which include (1) 18’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 framed opening.

To enhance the overall durability of the metal shop building given the climate patterns commonly seen throughout the Spring area, a snow load of 5 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 130 mph are included as additional features. A census-designated place set within eastern Texas’ Harris County, Spring is a part of the Houston – The Woodlands – Sugar Land metropolitan area. It sits about 25 miles outside Cypress and roughly 18 miles from Conroe.
