Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal workshop building for a customer in Gilbert, Arizona, in May of 2019.

Now in operation as a workshop, the durable, structurally sound steel building offers a finished size of 75’x100’x18’ once raised. It boasts an attractive, Ash Grey exterior and a hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, while (7) framed openings serve as additional attributes. Included are (3) 3’4”x7’2” openings housing (3) 3’4”x7’2” walk doors, (3) 14’x14’ openings enclosing (3) 14’x14’ overhead doors and (1) 12’x12’ opening enclosing (1) 112’x12’ overhead door.

A wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional steel workshop feature; a customization made in compliance with local building codes and in consideration of the typical climate of the metro Phoenix area. Part of Maricopa County, the town of Gilbert has a thriving agricultural community and has experienced unprecedented growth in recent years. The community sits about 25 miles southeast of Phoenix and about 8 miles outside Mesa.
