Metal Workshop in Spring, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal workshop in Spring, Texas, in early April of 2019.

Now undergoing use as a workshop, the building is comprised of heavy-duty, high-end steel components. Once raised, it stands 60’x80’x20’ in size, while its roof is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal and has a 1:12 pitch.

Distributed throughout the steel workshop are (5) framed openings, among them (3) 14’x14’ openings and (2) 3070 walk door openings. The building also boasts several customizations made in compliance with local building codes and with respect for the climate characteristics of the Spring area, among them a 5-pound snow load and a high, 130-mph wind speed rating.

Part of the Houston – The Woodlands – Sugar Land metropolitan area, Spring is a part of Harris County, in eastern Texas. The community sits about 90 miles southeast of College Station and about 18 miles south of Conroe.
