An insulation package helps lower energy bills associated with the building while creating a more comfortable environment that is well-suited for year-round use. The steel shop has fiberglass insulation installed in its’ roof and walls, which also helps with noise control. The building also has several features added with regard for the typical climate patterns of the area and the building codes in place across Minden. Gutters and downspouts were added to help divert water away from the building’s roof and foundation.
