Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Missoula, Montana in late February of 2021.

Now in use as a shop, the insulated, energy-efficient building is designed for Montana’s variable climate and weather patterns and offers premium-quality steel construction, resulting in optimal structural integrity. When raised, the steel shop is 40’x60’x15’ in size, boasting a broad clear span that makes the most of available floor space, and it has an attractive, Rustic Red exterior with complementing Polar White Trim.

The roof of the steel shop is also Polar White and has a gable design. (5) framed door and window openings are additional shop features. A high-performance insulation system serves as a key building feature, keeping energy bills low and building users comfortable. The shop has a high R-value, R-49 Energy Saver insulation system installed in its roof and an R-29 insulation system installed in its walls. A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 35-psf snow load keep the building compliant with local building and engineering codes.
