Steel Buildings in Morongo Valley, California
Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) pre-engineered steel buildings for a customer in Morongo Valley, California, in late January of 2016.
Constructed from premium-grade components, the low maintenance, energy-efficient buildings boast black rust-colored paint and a complementing brown roof. Building A stands 40’x50’x10’ in size and its roof has a varied pitch, while Building B, a lean-to-only roof structure, stands 8’x50’x9’4” and has a 1:12 roof pitch. Also included in this metal building project are (13) framed openings varying in size and function. These include (3) 3030 single-slope openings, (1) 10’x10’ opening, (8) 3040 windows and (1) 4070 door.
To reduce energy costs for the building while improving inside comfort and noise control, R-13 insulation was included in Building A’s roof and walls during construction. The building also features a wind speed of 110 mph, an addition that was made to boost durability with respect to the climate and weather patterns common throughout Morongo Valley and the surrounding region.
A census-designated place in Southern California’s San Bernardino County, Morongo Valley lies about 59 miles from San Bernardino and about 32 miles outside Palm Desert.
