Metal Building Outlet provided this preconstructed steel building in Mountain Grove, Missouri, in mid-June of 2017.

Striking and accommodating, the rugged, hardwearing building boasts light stone-colored paint and an accompanying, complementing burnished slate metal roof with a 2.55:12 pitch. Crafted using top-of-the-line steel components, the structure stands 40’x60’x18’ when fully erect, and it offers (13) framed openings varying broadly by size. Included are (4) 5’6”x8’ openings, (1) 3070 opening, (1) 6070 opening, (1) 3’x3’ opening, (5) 5’x3’ openings and (1) 12’x14’ opening.

Additional features include a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 20 pounds, inclusions made in consideration of the distinct seasonal weather patterns that commonly come through Mountain Grove. A city set within south-central Missouri, Mountain Grove has land in both Texas and Wright counties. It sits about 41 miles from Licking and about 45 miles outside Summersville.
