Metal Building Outlet sourced this prefabricated metal workshop in Mullen, Nebraska, in August of 2019.

Constructed using sustainable, heavy-duty steel components, the building stands 40’x130’x17’ in size and now undergoes use as a shop. Engineered to endure despite harsh weather, heavy usage and similar construction hazards, the steel shop features high overhead clearance, which makes it suitable for a broad number of different purposes. A corrosion- and damage-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 3:12 pitch offers protection from above, and (9) framed openings serve as additional project characteristics.

Included are (2) 12’x14’ openings, (2) 3070 walk door openings, (4) 4040 window openings and (1) 22’x16’ framed opening. Other customizations include a 115-mph wind load and a snow load of 25 pounds. A sparsely populated area in Nebraska’s Hooker County, Mullen sits about 107 miles outside Ogallala and roughly 98 miles east of Alliance.
