Insulated Multiuse Metal Building in Sundance, Wyoming

A client in Sundance, Wyoming, wanted to design a custom steel building to meet his needs, and Metal Building Outlet assisted, supplying the kit for this prefabricated steel building in early May of 2023.

Attractive and multifunctional, the multiuse metal building has Ash Gray exterior paint and Burnished Slate architectural trim, resulting in impressive curb appeal. Climate-controlled to ensure comfort during all four seasons, the steel building has a double-layer, 9.5” R-30 insulation system installed in its roof and an 8”, R-25 Energy Saver insulation system in its walls, helping prevent condensation while keeping heating and cooling bills affordable.

An upgraded Galvalume Plus roof offers protection from above, and Burnished Slate gutters and downspouts along the roof help rain and snow drain off easily, preventing leaks and water damage. The steel building also has (83) 3” foam closures that help seal the roof and keep it watertight.

The multipurpose metal building also has plenty of natural light inside thanks to the addition of (15) 5040 window openings.
