Steel Building in Myrtle Creek, Oregon
Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel building in Myrtle Creek, Oregon in February of 2021.
Featuring cold-formed steel components, which take less time to fabricate and deliver than traditional steel building parts, the building now undergoes use as a shop and is 24’x30’x16’. It has a broad clear span that maximizes usable floor space and an attractive, Light Stone exterior with complementing Dark Brown trim.
Overhead, the cold-formed steel building has a durable, corrosion-resistant Mocha Tan-colored roof. It also has (2) framed door openings that allow easy access inside. The metal building’s roof features sculptured gutters that help protect against condensation and water damage. A 20-psf roof snow load and a wind speed rating of 120 mph are additional customizations made in line with local building codes.
