Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal shop building in Nampa, Idaho in December of 2014.
Now used a shop by the owner, the metal building boasts a durable Galvalume roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, as well as, a finished size of 30’x60’x16’. It features (3) framed openings, (1) of which stands 12’x14’, and the other (2) that are covered by 3070 walk doors.
Additional considerations were given to the typical climate and weather patterns of the Nampa area at the time of construction, and the building was constructed with R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls to maximize energy efficiency and help maintain comfortable interior temperatures. The Idaho steel building also boasts a wind speed of 115 mph and a snow load of 25 lbs. to ensure supreme durability regardless of weather conditions.
The largest city in Idaho’s Canyon County, Nampa sits on the border of western Idaho, about 30 miles outside Emmett and 22 miles from the City of Boise.
