Ash Gray in color, the steel building stands tall when faced with heavy rain, salt, strong winds and other Florida construction hazards, while a heavy-duty Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch offers protection from above.

The metal multi-use building has (6) framed openings throughout, and these include (4) 12’x12’ openings and (2) 3070 openings. It also has (4) 12’x10’ ridge vents, which help release heat and humidity, making for a more comfortable interior environment. The steel shop also has a 160-mph wind speed rating; an inclusion made in compliance with any building codes effective at the property address.
