Metal Building Outlet sourced this preconstructed metal building in Newark, California, in early June of 2017.

Rugged and designed to last the long haul, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel components, and it boasts great curb appeal and a finished size of 25’x70’x16’. A corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits above the structure, which now functions as a shop, and (5) framed openings serve as additional features. Included are (1) 3070 opening and (4) 12’x12’ openings.

A wind speed rating of 110 mph is another project attribute, a decision made with respect for the wind and climate patterns common in and around Newark and the surrounding landscape. An enclave located completely within the city of Fremont, Newark is a part of the Tri-City Area (alongside Fremont and Union City), within Alameda County. It sits about 38 miles from San Francisco and about 25 miles outside Oakland.
