Metal Buildings in Newcastle, California

Metal Building Outlet provided these (2) preconstructed steel buildings for a customer in Newcastle, California, in late August of 2017.

Together, the two buildings serve as metal barns, and they boast attractive, sierra green paint and a complementing, taupe-colored metal roof. While both structures are comprised of premium-grade steel components, the first building stands 50’x55’x14’ in size and its roof has a 4.85:12 pitch, while the second building stands 10’x55’x12’ in size and has a roof with a 2.55:12 pitch.

Also included are (2) 3068 framed openings, and the barns also feature several accommodations made in consideration of the climate and wind patterns common throughout Newcastle and the surrounding landscape. These include a 110-mph wind speed rating and a five-pound snow load. An unincorporated community and census-designated place set within Northern California’s Placer County, Newcastle lies about 12 miles from Roseville and roughly 30 miles northeast of Sacramento.
