Now used as a shop, it stands 40’x50’x17’ in size following an easy erection process, and overhead, a rugged Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch helps guard against corrosion.

In consideration of Ocean Springs’ coastal location and the occasional hurricanes and hurricane-strength winds that come through the area, the workshop features a high, 170-mph wind speed rating, and (4) framed openings that vary in size serve as additional building characteristics.
