Metal Building Outlet was the provider of this premanufactured metal building in Oracle, Arizona, in January of 2018.

Functional, low maintenance and engineered to last for generations, the metal building boasts a finished size of 20’x30’x12’, and it now serves as a workshop for its owner. Crafted from high-end steel components, a striking, Desert Sand exterior gives the shop considerable curb appeal, while a robust Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch sits overhead, guarding against corrosion and related damage.

Additional workshop characteristics include (2) framed openings; (1) 8’x8’ opening enclosing (1) 8’x8’ metal door and (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 walk door, and a 115-mph wind speed rating, a decision made to enhance durability with regard for the climate patterns common throughout Oracle and the surrounding region. A growing community and census-designated place set within south-central Arizona’s Pinal County, Oracle sits about 57 miles outside Eloy and about 35 miles northeast of Tucson.
