Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the structure now serves automotive purposes, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects its interior from above.
The metal building features (3) 10’x10’ framed openings, and it has R-10 insulation within its roof and walls. In addition to minimizing energy bills associated with the building, the insulation helps with noise control while improving comfort for inhabitants throughout the year.
