Used for agricultural purposes, the rugged, low-maintenance metal building stands 60’x100’x16’ when raised, while the steel patio is 10’x60’x12’/11’ once erect. Both metal buildings have broad clear spans and high ceilings, with the larger building sporting a painted gable roof with a 2:12 pitch and the smaller patio sporting a painted lean-to roof with a 1:12 pitch.
Distributed between the (2) steel structures are (15) framed door and window openings. These include (2) 16’x14’ overhead door openings, (4) 3’x7’ walk door openings, (2) 3’x4’ window openings, (5) 3’x3’ window openings, (1) 12’x12’ overhead door opening and (1) 4070 walk door framed opening.
Other customizations include (2) canopies covering the 3’x4’ windows, 2’ overhangs along both side walls, and gutters and downspouts, which divert water away from the buildings’ roofs and foundations. Both the steel agricultural building and the accompanying metal lean-to also comply with local building codes, featuring high, 140-mph wind speed ratings that enhance durability.
