Pace is an unincorporated community in Santa Rosa County in extreme northwestern Florida about 15 miles from Pensacola.  The owner of this building, a resident of Pace needed a three car garage for his property.  He selected an NCI metal building he chose light stone colored walls and a galvalume roof.  The 30’x30’x12’ garage has 2 10’x10’ overhead doors and a 3’x8’ walkdoor.
