Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a client in Parma, Idaho, in April of 2018.
Rugged, economical and easily adaptable, should the need arise to change its size, the building stands 40’x60’x16’ once fully erect and now functions as a workshop. Ash Gray in color, it features premium-quality steel construction and a complementing, corrosion-resistant Charcoal Gray metal roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead, and (4) framed openings serve as additional building characteristics. These include (3) 12’x14’ framed openings that allow for easy building accessibility and (1) 3070 opening harboring (1) 3070 metal walk door.
The steel workshop also offers several accommodations that augment durability given the climate and weather patterns common across Parma, and these include a 25-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating. Part of rural Canyon County, in southwestern Idaho, the city of Parma falls within the Boise City – Nampa, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies about 16 miles northwest of Caldwell and roughly 8 miles north of Wilder.
