Strength & Durability in a Parma, Idaho Metal Arena

Metal Building Outlet sourced this premanufactured steel building for a client in Parma, Idaho, in late April of 2018.

Now functioning as an arena, the metal building boasts a broad, clear-span design and a finished size of 80’x160’x16’. Light Stone in color and comprised of top-quality steel components, it features a rugged Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch, while (2) 12’x12’ framed openings serve as additional attributes.

Durable, economical and inherently low maintenance, the metal arena requires little more than an occasional power wash to maintain its exterior appeal, and it is also highly sustainable, should the need arise to recycle it at the end of its lifespan. Supplemental accommodations include a 115-mph wind load and a 43-pound snow load; inclusions made in consideration of the variable weather and climate patterns common in and around Parma.

Part of western Idaho’s Canyon County, Parma falls within the Boise City-Nampa, Idaho Metropolitan Statistical Area. The small community sits about 16 miles northwest of Caldwell and roughly 11 miles west of Sand Hollow.
