Shop Building in Pasco, Washington
Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building in Pasco, Washington, in January of 2015.
Crafted from premium steel components, the building stands 36’x48’x14’ in size and is now used as a shop by the owner. It is covered overhead by a hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch, and inside are (4) framed openings of various sizes. These include (1) 12’x12’ opening, (1) 8’x10’ opening and (2) 3070 walk doors for easy entry and access.
To enhance energy efficiency, R-4 insulation is included in the shop building’s roof. With regard to the typical climate of the Pasco area, the building is engineered with a wind speed of 110 mph. The building also boasts a snow load of 10.5 lbs.
Considered a part of the Tri-Cities alongside Kennewick and Richland, the City of Pasco is part of Franklin County, in southeastern Washington. It sits about 135 miles outside Spokane and 49 miles from Walla Walla.
